This TR describes Exchange Access Operator Services System (EAOSS) signaling which is used between an Equal Access End Office and an Access Tandem. Issue 2 has been revised to reflect current views as expressed by Committee T1S1 and other standards bodies, to clarify certain requirements and to correct omissions in the requirements. Revises the text in Section 3.1.1.6 regarding the operations of Three Way Calling and "Flash" signals
