A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Describes fall arresting safety equipment that will be mounted onto or used along with climbing ladders of 20 feet or more that are installed on structures such as buildings, poles, towers etc. This equipment will sometimes be mounted where the tower structure is used as the ladder.
