This specification covers the following components which are used in the Nike Hercules warhead section trainer, Type X: a. One Type of adapter, designated Adapter, Connector: W5F1 (Training). This adapter is fused and is used to prevent damage to warhead section components in the event of missile system malfunctions. b. One type of cable assembly, designated Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical: W6FE1 (Trainer). This training cable assembly is used with the ground test equipment and is used to check the condition of circuits in the Type X training warhead section.
