Specifies a procedure for the determination of trivalent negative nitrogen. Organic nitrogen in the form of azide, azine, azo, hydrazone, nitrite, nitro, nitroso, oxime or semicarbazone is not determined quantitatively. The procedure is applicable to the analysis of raw, potable and waste waters.
