PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION FOR RIGID SINGLE AND DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTED BOARDS
07-01-1992
01-12-2013
Establishes the qualification and performance requirements for rigid single and double-sided printed boards manufactured by subtractive and semi-/fully-additive methods. The purpose is to provide classes of requirements for performance/acceptance of printed boards for industry and government use. Recognizes that the printed boards will be subject to classifications by intended end item use. Toward this end, three general classes have been established to reflect progressive increases in sophistication, functional performance requirements and testing inspection frequency. The three product classes are: consumer, general industry and high reliability.
