A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.
APPARENT VISCOSITY OF MOTOR OILS BETWEEN -30 DEGREE C AND -5 DEGREE C - COLD CRANKING SIMULATOR METHOD
01-12-2013
07-23-2013
This method covers the laboratory determination of apparent viscosity of engine oils at low temperatures between -5 deg C and -30 deg C, at shear stresses of approximately 50 000 Pa to 100 000 Pa. The results are related to engine cranking characteristics of oil.
