Pertains to spas, hot tubs, and associated equipment intended for residential and commercial use indoors or outdoors in nonhazardous locations, installed in accordance with the Rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, and connected: a) permanently to an electrical circuit of 250 V or less (i.e., a maximum of 150 volts-to-ground); or b) by a factory-provided supply cord, terminating in a moulded attachment plug, to an electrical supply rated at not more than 125 V single-phase and not more than 15 A.
