Provides warnings of the potential for cylinder rupture due to sea water corrosion in oxygen cylinders. Gives recommendations to gas fillers for prefill inspection and testing to determine whether the cylinder has been contaminated with sea water. Also gives recommendations on how to avoid sea water contamination.
