This standard applies to personal protective equipment (excluding face and head protectors) for ice hockey players other than goal keepers. This standard specifies requirements and tests methods for innocuousness, cut resistance, ergonomics, cleaning, restraint, zone of protection, impact performance as well as provisions for marking and information for users.
