Defines a method for determining the resistance of leather to mild washing under specified conditions. The method is suitable for assessing the change in colour of the leather, the staining of an adjacent textile fabric and any change in the finish of the leather. This method can also be used for leather preparation for assessing the change in any other physical or chemical property during mild washing.
