This British Standard specifies performance requirements and appropriate methods of test for water-borne emulsion paints for interior use applied by brush, roller or spray techniques. It covers matt and mid-sheen emulsion paints which can be applied to non-metallic substrates, classified into three types covering different circumstances where the paint may be applied. It also specifies requirements for the marking of containers which may be of a range of nominal capacities.
