Gives the requirements for end closures incorporated into writing and marking instruments designed or intended for use by children up to 14 years of age. It does apply to: - end closures for refills; - parts which are severed by the test equipment; - erasers and their protective covers; - marking and writing instruments which are not designed or intended for use by children, e.g. expensive fountain pens, jewellery pens, professional technical pens.
