This Standard sets out the requirements for clip fastening and double shoulder sleeper plates made from spheroidal graphite iron (hereafter called cast sleeper plates) for use with steel rails rolled in accordance with AS 1085.1.NOTES:1 Guidelines to purchasers on information to be supplied at the time of calling for tenders or quotations are detailed in Appendix A.2 Alternative means for determining compliance with this Standard are given in Appendix B.
