This standard is included in DIN Handbook KUNSTSTOFFE BAND 2. Defines a method of determining the moulding shrinkage of compression moulded test specimens of thermoset moulding compounds. Applicable only to materials exhibiting no post-shrinkage after moulding eg polyester SMC (sheet moulding compound) and BMC (bulk moulding compound).
