Specifies a procedure for determining the time for a liquid phenolic resin or a solution of phenolic resin to set to a rubbery state when maintained at a given elevated temperature. Suitable for testing phenolic resins used for manufacturing fibre reinforced plastics by laminating or moulding processes.
