Gives requirements for an air drying, near matt finishing paint which is suitable for both interior and exterior use. It can be used with an appropriate priming paint and undercoat on prepared and/or pre-treated ferrous and non ferrous substrates. Where that coating is not needed to be VOC compliant and/or Chemical Agent Resistant as defined in STANAG 4360, it is suitable for use on MOD vehicles and equipment.
