Scenario: You’ve distributed a Multi-User PDF to 4 colleagues. Sarah reports she can’t access her download link.
Question: What are the two most likely reasons for her issue?
Hint:
- Sarah doesn’t yet have a registered Intertek Inform account.
- She may be opening the DRM-protected PDF in an unsupported reader (e.g., browser, Mac Preview) or has a GOSP setting issue.
Correct Answer:
Sarah either does not have a registered Intertek Inform account, or she is attempting to open the DRM-protected PDF in an unsupported application (such as a browser/Mac Preview) or is blocked by her GOSP settings.
