This Australian Technical Specification specifies requirements for vacuum WC pans, single stall wall-hung vacuum urinals and interface valves intended for use with vacuum drainage systems design.The vacuum toilets, single stall wall-hung vacuum urinals and interface valves are designed to be installed in vacuum plumbing and drainage systems. The interface valves allow waste and air to enter the plumbing and drainage system.This Australian Technical Specification applies to products that—(a) are suitable for immediate connection to plumbing and drainage pipe sizes of DN 35 to DN 65;(b) are suitable to operate in ambient temperature of between 5°C and 50°C and receive waste between 2°C and 60°C;(c) are intended to operate in vacuum plumbing and drainage systems with a static pressure range of ?35 kPa to ?70 kPa;(d) require certification to WaterMark Level 1; and(e) are intended to be installed in accordance with Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA).
