Gives an overview and detailed description of the Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) operation and Calling Line Identification Restriction (CLIR) supplementary services. Applicable to all public networks in the UK supporting PSTN and/or ISDN interfaces. Includes GSM networks and is applicable to all circuit-switched calls which originate or terminate in the UK.
