Le présent document d'application volontaire, a pour objet: - de définir les termes relatifs aux granulats relevant de la DPC 89/106/CE; - de définir les règles générales permettant d'effectuer le controle des granulats; - de préciser les spécifications mentionnées aux normes NF EN Produits auxquelles doivent répondre les granulats pour certains usages. Il comprend des spécifications issues des normes européennes et d'autres d'application volontaire. Les caractéristiques des granulats sont spécifiées à l'aide des catégories choisies parmi celles prévues par les normes NF EN Produits. Les codes définis dans le présent document peuvent être utilisés pour spécifier ces catégories sous forme contractée. Le présent document n'est applicable que pour la passation des marchés ou des contrats. Il ne concerne donc en aucun cas le marquage CE.
