Provides procedures for measurement and specification of those characteristics of audio infra-red (R) transmission systems for conference and similar systems not covered by part 1. Permits systems making different economic use of the available bandwidth to be described so that conclusions concerning interference and compatibility can be drawn. Also defines interface (matching) values and other system characteristics. Replaces chapter 2 of IEC 60764.
