Specifies the design, development, performance, and test requirements for the Antenna Group, OE-417(V)/SRC. The antenna group is a nominal 11-meter (m) (35-foot (ft)) whip configured for emergency use which provides single frequency coverage in the 2-MHz to 30-MHz range for high frequency (HF) shipboard transmitters.
