Nitrocellulose lacquer

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies, among nitrocellulose lacquer, clear lacquer which can be used both for transparent coating on wood surface and for a finish coating over the coated film of lacquer enamel, and lacquer enamel which can be used as a topcoat on metal surface or wood surface.
