Gives requirements for a fluorescent paint scheme with resistance to fuel, chemicals and aircraft operating fluids. System is suitable for application to the exterior of aircraft, missiles and land based vehicles to give a highly visible finish. The complete system has a coat of white filler, fluorescent finish and clear protective varnish.
