In New Zealand it applies also to appliances in historic collections.This Standard does not apply to:(a) Used electrical appliances offered for resale and which comply with the requirements of AS/NZS 3760 or AS/NZS 60950.(b) Commercial electrical appliances.(c) New electrical appliances.(d) Appliances sold for breaking down for scrap material.
