Gives users of threaded fastening elements with a procedure for evaluating and preparing specifications for the performance of power-operated assembly tools in the typical operating range of 0,5 N'm to 1 kN'm and to enable the manufacturers of power- and manually operated tools to offer their products on the basis of correlated technical specifications.
