Defines procedures for preparing test specimens and procedures for use to determine the properties of phenolic powder moulding compounds (PF-PMCs). Also gives requirements for handling test material and conditioning both test material prior to moulding and specimens prior to testing. Conditions and procedures for preparing test samples and methods for measurement of properties of materials from which the samples are made, are provided.
