Gives methods and strategies for assessing the thermal stress that is associated with exposure to cold environments. Applicable to continuous, intermittent and occasional exposure and in both indoor and outdoor work. Not covered in this, are specific effects associated with certain meterological phenomena (e.g. precipitation) and should be assessed by other methods.
