Gives recommendations for command dialogues for accomplishing typical office tasks by means of visual display terminals. Applicable to use of command dialogues, either in conjunction with other dialogues, such as menus, direct manipulation, or as the main dialogue technique, such as for dumb terminals or in applications requiring high speed.
