Detects Salmonellae in sewage sludge in accordance with the requirements of the Klarschlamm-Verordnung (German Sewage Sludge Regulation)[2]. Samples shall be collected, transported and stored as specified in DIN 38414 Part 1 and, in addition, all the apparatus and containers which come into direct contact with the sample shall be sterile, or if required, packed in sterile packaging until used.
