Gives guidance on execution and planning of projects and the application of project management techniques. Relevant to projects in the public sector and many industries, abroad and at home. Procedures and principles are outlined in all sizes of organization, although they may not cover all aspects of every conceivable type and size of project. Note, that by definition, projects will have differing emphases and priorities.
