Bibliography

Defines two methods for the determination of the phenol index in water of different origin (such as ground, seep, surface and waste waters) in mass concentrations of 0.01mg/l to 1mg/l (in the undiluted sample). In certain cases, the application range may be adapted by varying the operating conditions. In Clause 3 determines the phenol index (without distillation) after extraction, and the determination of phenol index (without extraction) after distillation is given, in Clause 4.
