B.4 Part of a process or manufacturing FMECA for
       machined aluminium castings

Practical guide to the application of reliability analysis techniques for the development of more reliable designs or processes. FMEA identifies possible failures within a system which affect system performance. FMECA considers the probabilities of failures occurring and the severity of the consequences to provide measures of their criticalities.
