This Standard indicates the minimum safety requirements for temporary electrical installations which supply electricity to appliances and equipment on film, video and television sites and for the in-service testing of portable and transportable equipment used on these installations. This Standard does not apply to electrical installations on theatre stages, concert locations and permanent television studios, except for additional equipment supplied through a temporary distribution system for film and television work.
