It does not apply to special overhead structures, such as mast arms and gantries, which may be used for this purpose.NOTES:1 Appendix A lists the information which should be supplied with an enquiry or order for traffic signal posts and attachments complying with this Standard.2 Requirements for traffic signal mast arms are specified in AS 2979.
