Sets out two procedures: the Abel method and the Pensky-Martens method. The former is suitable for use over a range of flashpoints between 18 degrees Celsius and 70 degrees Celsius inclusive, and the latter between 7 degrees Celsius and 371 degrees Celsius inclusive.
