This Standard sets out a method for obtaining a relative measure of the plastic behaviour of higher rank coal when heated under prescribed conditions.The Standard applies to methods in which the stirrer is operated continuously.Due to the empirical nature of this test, fluidity readings above 5000 dd/min may not be a true indication of the relative plastic behaviour of the coal.
