The following rules on analysis for cyclic loading apply to pressure-bearing parts of pressure vessels made of  ferritic and austenitic rolled and forged steels,  spheroidal graphite cast iron grades as specified in Annex 5,  wrought aluminium alloy materials as specified in Annex 6, manufactured and tested according to the B series of AD 2000-Merkblätter in conjunction with the W and HP series of AD 2000-Merkblätter to take into account cyclic loads1) arising as a result of internal pressure, temperature differences and additional external forces and moments at the most highly-loaded points (see Annex 1).
