A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

The results of ACI's conference in Hong Kong on Evaluation and Rehabilitation of Concrete Structures and Innovations in Design are published in a two-volume document comprised of 90 technical papers. Volume I contains papers dealing with materials. Topics include: highly elastic surface coating; concrete deterioration in high chloride and sulfate environment; nondestructive testing; impact-echo technique; fiber reinforcement; injectable cementitious materials; and case studies. Volume II contains papers dealing with design aspects. Topics include: concrete for off-shore structures; performance of structural repairs; design of high-strength and reinforced concrete structures; design of beams and columns; and case studies.
