Once you subscribe to a Small Business Set, you will need to log in or create an account on the Intertek Inform to access the Standards. Once logged in, navigate to your profile in the top righthand corner and click on ‘Available Subscriptions’. Scroll through the list of Standards from within the purchased set and click on ‘View online’ to access the document.
No, you can only access the Standards from within the Small Business Set on the Online Web Viewer. This allows you to access the Standards on any device where you are logged in to your Intertek Inform account.
To share the second named user licence, you must be logged into your account. Navigate to the top right user menu and click ‘Available Subscriptions’.
The person who purchased the Set will be automatically given the first user licence. Once you share the second named user licence with another employee in your company, this cannot be changed. These two licences are then set for the period you subscribed to.
Subscribing to a Small Business Set allows your company to access 2 named user licences, for easy sharing and access of Standards. It’s a cost-effective way to access industry-specific Standards.
No, the person subscribing to the Set will automatically be given the first named user licence. The person completing the purchase of the Set must be one of the users accessing the subscription.
Yes, the documents you are subscribed to are automatically updated in your account, so you’ll always have access to the latest version.
For a subscription of any length, the whole payment is taken at the time of purchase, regardless of if you have subscribed to a 2- or 3-year subscription.
No, the person purchasing the Set can only purchase one instance of the Set and the purchaser will automatically be given the first named user licence. This allows only one other licence to be shared with another employee in the company. If you would like more employees to subscribe to the same Small Business Set, they will need to subscribe themselves and share the additional named user licence.
If your subscription is about to expire, you can easily renew the subscription set. To complete the renewal, please log in to your Intertek Inform account, click on ‘Available subscriptions’ and then ‘Extend subscription’. Once this is renewed, you and your second named licence user will continue to access the documents as part of the set.
Yes, if the subscription is extended, the 2 users (the original purchaser and the user with the second licence) will continue to access the documents within the Set.
