This standard describes the requirements for materials (including cald materials) for industrial piping and supports covered by EN 13480-1 constructed of metallic materials and is currently limited to steels with sufficient ductility below the creep range. It also provides the assessment of compliance for these materials. Also, specifies rules for the establishment of technical delivery conditions for materials for industrial piping.
