Für Sechskantmuttern aus Stahl mit Klemmteil und nichtmetallischem Einsatz (Typ 1) sind für die Produktklassen A und B die Masse und die technischen Lieferbedingungen für die Festigkeitsklassen 5, 8 und 10 festgelegt. Die Produktklasse A umfasst die Gewindedimensionen von M 3 bis einschliesslich M 16 und die Produktklasse B die Gewindedimensionen über M 16 bis einschliesslich M 36. Ein Bezeichnungsbeispiel ist angegeben.
