What is AI? 

Artificial Intelligence or ‘AI’ as it’s more commonly known is the knowledge coming from machine learning or software. It is used to perform tasks ranging from searching for information using voice prompts or it can be used for solving complex mathematical problems in a range of industries including finance, healthcare and information technology. According to IBM’s Global AI Adoption Index 2022 around 44% of organisations worldwide are working to embed AI into current applications or processes. In some industries and countries, this statistic is even higher with artificial intelligence becoming synonymous with everyday life.
